Your time is valuable — and so is ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, we kindly ask you to respect the following cancellation terms:
For cancellations and rescheduling that are more than 48 hours please use our booking system on our official website www.erikabeck.co.uk
For cancellations that are less than 48 hours please contact me via email: erika@erikabeck.co.uk, Facebook or Instagram
Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a respectful and reliable appointment flow.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Offered
All treatments are carried out by a qualified, insured nail technician with a strong focus on hygiene, safety, and client comfort. Services include nail enhancements, gel polish, manicures, and pedicures.
2. Booking & Payment
A 100% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee confirms your slot and is subject to our cancellation policy. All bookings must be made exclusively via our official website www.erikabeck.co.uk using “Booking” button which redirects to our booking system. Alternatively, booking can be made via “Service request form” on our website if the service you wish to request in not in the drop down menu.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for full details. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur charges.
4. Arrival & Timing
It’s important to arrive on time:
Double booking- you will be presented with the choice of which service you wish to proceed with, as it will not be possible to complete both treatments due to time constraints. Please not that no refund or payment transfer to an alternative time slot for the second service will be offered
5. Treatment Changes
If you wish to downgrade your treatment (e.g. from extensions to gel polish) within 48 hours of your appointment, the full cost of the originally booked treatment will still apply.
6. Nail & Skin Conditions
Clients must disclose any nail or skin conditions at the time of booking — including but not limited to oncolysis (nail plate separation), fungal infections, or skin conditions affecting the hands or feet.
If such conditions are not disclosed in advance and the treatment cannot be safely performed, the appointment will be refused and the full treatment cost will still apply.
7. Appointment Etiquette
To maintain a calm and focused environment, please attend your appointment alone.
We kindly ask that you do not bring company — including children, partners, or friends — as space and safety protocols do not allow for additional guests.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions and follow aftercare advice.
9. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is under the influence, behaves inappropriately, or presents a health risk.
10. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure safe and effective treatments, we are not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare.
11. Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
12. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or booking system.
